Pizzerias / half & half native

Pizza phone ordering, built for every modifier.

Fire It speaks the same modifier vocabulary your kitchen already uses — whole, left, right, sizes, sold-outs — so orders arrive structured, not translated.

Modifier board

Half & half is a field, not a note.

Every topping the caller adds carries a placement — whole, left, or right — plus a quantity where you allow it. The structured ticket reflects the placement and modifiers the caller confirmed, and the price is calculated server-side against your authoritative menu (never by the caller and never by the model).

How the call goes

End-to-end workflow

  1. 01Designed to answer quickly

Fire It Voice is designed to pick up promptly on every configured line so callers don't sit in an empty ring queue while your team is throwing pies.

  2. 02Capture the build

Size, crust, halves, required modifier groups, and quantity caps are captured according to your configured menu rules — not from an ad-hoc note.

  3. 03Confirm authoritatively

The final price is computed server-side against the current menu. The agent never states 'confirmed' until the authoritative order state is recorded.

  4. 04Route to the kitchen

After confirmation succeeds, tickets route to your Fire It internal queue, and hand off to your POS on integrations that are certified for your setup.

  • You want the option to keep working when your POS goes dark.
Honest limits

What we don't claim

  • We don't promise perfect transcription accuracy on any single call.
  • Live POS injection requires a certified integration for your specific system.
  • Delivery dispatch depends on the delivery partner configured for your location.

Pizzeria FAQs

Yes. Whole, left, and right topping placement is a first-class field on every eligible item. The agent captures placement per topping instead of stuffing it into a note, so the kitchen ticket and any downstream POS handoff reflect the exact build.
