Field Memo · Miami, FL

The phone matters.

Restaurants are the heart of every neighborhood. Every night, they leave real money on the counter because the phone rings and nobody can pick it up. That's not a bug in the restaurant — that's a gap in the tools.

We built Fire It so a Tuesday-night owner-operator answering the line herself and a 12-location chain running eight receivers a shift can both stop losing customers to the busy signal.

Designed to sound like a great employee, work alongside your team, and help you capture more of the call-in orders you're missing today.
Never fake a confirmation. The caller only hears “you're all set” when the authoritative system says so.
Things we believe · signed

Every unanswered call is a customer choosing someone else. That's not a metric — that's a person.

Boring on purpose. Sounds human. Your best employee doesn't sound like a robot; neither does Fire It.

We only say “confirmed” when the authoritative system says so. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

Menus, halves, sold-outs, holidays, transfer rules — designed with restaurants, not for imaginary ones.

If we don't ship something end-to-end, we don't claim it. Beta means beta. Planned means planned.
