This overview describes Fire It's privacy practices at a high level. A full policy will replace this page ahead of general availability.
Restaurant account data (names, emails, roles), menu content, order records, phone-number metadata, call audio and transcripts (with disclosure), and caller phone numbers when the caller shares them.
Callers hear an explicit AI + recording disclosure before any recording begins. Restaurants can customize the wording; they cannot disable disclosure.
Once your live phone pipeline is active, recordings default to 30 days and can be adjusted within legal limits. Today, no live caller recordings are produced by Fire It — order records follow standard business-records retention.
To operate the ordering service you configure, provide analytics to your team, and support you. We do not sell caller data. We do not use caller audio to train third-party models.
Restaurants and callers can request deletion. We honor the stricter of the two applicable laws when jurisdictions differ. Email privacy@fireitai.com to start a request.
