Items, modifiers, sizes, quantities, and placement (whole / left / right) are captured as structured fields, not as free-text notes. The kitchen ticket reflects exactly what the caller asked for.

Required groups, single/multi selects, and maximum quantities are enforced from your live menu during the call. Callers get the same guidance a good counter person would give.

Fire It is designed for concurrent calls per location. Capacity depends on your voice-provider configuration and is tuned during onboarding. It is not a blanket SLA — see /features/concurrent-call-handling.

Fire It Voice can be configured for multilingual restaurant workflows on a per-location, per-number basis. We do not publish a language count or claim automatic mid-call switching until it is validated per setup.

POS write-through is available on certified integrations for your specific system. Where a live integration is not certified, orders land in the Fire It internal queue for your team.

Yes. Every tenant is isolated by row-level security in the database, protected RPCs derive identity from the authenticated user, and sensitive routes and paths are excluded from the service worker cache. See /security for details.

Recording is a per-location setting. When enabled, callers are disclosed at the start of the call per /ai-disclosure. Retention and access controls are documented on /security.

No. Fire It promises structural safeguards: authoritative server-side pricing, enforced modifier caps, sold-out awareness, deterministic confirmation semantics, and full transcripts. Perfect accuracy on every call is not something we or anyone else can honestly promise.
