Feature / multilingual configuration

Configurable for multilingual restaurant workflows.

Fire It Voice can be configured for multilingual restaurant workflows on a per-location, per-number basis. We won't publish a language count we haven't proven for your setup.

What "configurable" means

You set the language behavior. We enforce it.

Default language

Set the primary language for a location or a number.

Prompted selection

Offer the caller a language choice at the top of the call.

Human transfer

Route any caller — in any language — to a human at any time.

We are deliberate about what we promise. Fire It Voice can be configured for multilingual restaurant workflows. We will not claim a specific language count, automatic mid-call language switching, or named language support until production voice QA has validated it for your specific setup.

How the call goes

End-to-end workflow

  1. 01Choose behavior

Default vs. prompted selection is configured per location and per number.

  2. 02Enforce disclosure

AI + recording disclosure is delivered in the active language of the call.

  3. 03Capture order structured

The order state and modifiers are the same — the surface language changes, not the truth.

  4. 04Route or transfer

Human targets can be configured per language to match your staffing.

Good fit if

Where Fire It actually helps

  • Your customer base speaks more than one language on the phone.
  • You have staff who can take a human transfer in each supported language.
  • You want an honest, configurable rollout — not a marketing promise.
Honest limits

What we don't claim

  • We don't publish a language count or claim automatic mid-call switching.
  • Individual language rollouts require production voice QA per setup.
  • Named-language claims will only appear on this page after QA validates them.
